"competition" getting lazy

Ran across this just now

http://brpw.genlarklin.com/house-washing/

Go through all of his services pages.
He literally copy pasted all the info from my baton rouge pressure washing subdomain, just left his phone number at the top.
He's some local guy who advertises from facebook and offers $99 house wash coupons.
He's not real competition, but it's still unethical business practices.
What do I do, call him?
Email him with a take down notice?
Or just say screw it?
I don't want his tactics hurting my own rankings.

can you find out the host for me?
Looks like his wife is the one who set this site up. (her name is lark)
Women and their devilish ways lol

I just have my lawyers send a letter, its down in like 24 hours tops...

But I take advantage of Legal Shield... every small business should.

thanks for the legal shield info

In short, the contact info they registered the domain with is right there, If that doesnt pan out for you Godaddy is the host, so you can contact them. Obviously the easy route would be to go the legal shield route but this still can be sorted out yourself.

Put a couple dozen of these up and let the fun begin.

The number will be disconnected in a week (or less).

That's funny. Only if you asked nicely first though.

I would think a phone call would be the first thing then go for the yard signs..too funny.

LOL, good idea.
I'm gonna try the nice yet stern route, then I might slap up a couple craigslist ads with that number.
Perfect because I just got my ex gf with it day before yesterday.
She thought it was hilarious though.
One of the people calling couldn't even pronounce pigeon and obviously had no idea what she was asking for lol.

I believe google has some stricter rules for duplicate web sites. They can ban him from their search engines,

I had this problem pretty bad in the past - have not checked lately. I emailed the ones I noticed and most didn't ever return my emails. One was local so after an string of unreturned emails I reported him to the BBB and then he emailed me and said "next time try contacting me first. Of course my first thought was "next time"? Like you're already planning to do it again??? He blamed his webmaster but whatever....
