AMPM Exterminator send us a very reliable, professional worker , his name is Masuku who find time to figure it out what bug was making a damage in my sister's ceiling. he made it sure none can get in the attic by covering all the holes around the house. Thank you Masuku.

I had a yellowjacket problem, called these guys, they came out to fix the problem. The bees got into the crawl space thru an external vent. The guy that came was unable to get into the crawl space with all the protective gear he was wearing so he treated the problem by spraying poison thru the exterior vent. Eventually he sprayed the white poison all around the area, on the exterior wall and on the concrete deck. It made a mess and after the bees were eventually gone they would not return to clean up the poison as agreed to before the work began. After being ignored via emails and cell phone calls it was obvious they considered the job done and would leave it to me to get rid of the poison that is they left behind. Be very cautious with this company and do not trust them to do the work you will be paying them for. I need to figure out the safe and best way to get rid of the mess.

For $330 we had an agent here for 5 minutes. He didn't explain what he was doing in-depth and left us with a 7 second YouTube video showing our cable line. It's now been six weeks and the Ants are back and very noticeable in areas he didn't mention. It took one quick walk around the property to find a large problem area that was never treated. I called to get more information and the only thing that can be done is another $120 service. When I mentioned the ants were back in the house the man on the phone stated "I know what you're trying to do" in a threatening tone implying that we are lying or trying to get more out of their service. Just overall an expensive and ineffective service along with a very unprofessional and rude customer service experience.

Right from the time they answered the phone the vibe I got was I was imposing on these people with my problems. Billing style is a bit shady and the communication is crap. Their website says they use a non-toxic process. My tenant kept asking if they needed to be out of the house and I thought not as they had said the tenant needed to move appliances. Well, after I pressed them for an answer about this, it turns out the tenants need to be out of the house for 2 hours and toxicity is an issue. Finally, I asked to cancel the pending appointment and get a refund. They said to go cancel it with my credit card company as they had already paid to process my order... I'm on the phone with my bank right now. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.. Don't get involved with these jerks.

The owner of this company keeps texting me cryptic messages and youtube videos of carpenter ant infestations. They refuse to tell me who they are but will not stop messaging me after I tried ignoring them. I will be blocking this number, as I have no clue how they got my information. But this is incredibly unprofessional and downright creepy, I would advise against doing business with them.

Honestly, we had a wasp emergency on a Sunday at 3:30 pm. AM/PM was the only Exterminator who could get here the same day and they took care of the problem efficiently. They had someone here at 5pm!

It was pretty nasty to. Wasps had eaten through the drywall in our bathroom and there was a nest the size of a soccer ball. Thank you AM/PM. You have one my loyalty.

I spoke with a representative and he was most helpful. They responded quickly to resolve my wasps issue. Reasonably priced especially for a weekend.

Horrible ripp off. Quoted one price then left an invoice for double the quote without authorization to do any extra work. Stay way away from these guys. The guy who answers the phone Jeff will argue with you, threaten you and you will get no where. Do not use this company for anything.

I used this company about 10 years ago, and back then they did a very thorough job getting rid of rats. This time around they charged me $300 for 20 minutes of cutting a couple of vegetations, which they called "creating a barrier". The rats came back shortly after, but they flatly refused to come back and fix the problem unless I paid more money. Will not use them ever again.

I have used several exterminators, and by far this is the most quality work I have ever gotten to utilize. I manage a very large portfolio of single family homes, and AM/PM is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!
